Book Review: The Personal Bankruptcy Toolkit by Daniel Sitarz

Filing for personal bankruptcy is a difficult task to face. The “Personal Bankruptcy Toolkit” by author Daniel Sitarz will be a helpful guide through this difficult period.
The Toolkit is an easy to use and complete reference book to filing for Chapter 7 personal bankruptcy. In Chapter 7 bankruptcy the debtor has to declare all assets to the court and in so doing allows a bankruptcy trustee to take over the property and assets that are non-exempt and pay off various creditors. It is also called a liquidation bankruptcy.
The Chapter 7 toolkit includes the official bankruptcy forms as computer PDF forms which will need to be filled out in order to file for bankruptcy. The computer PDF forms calculate the complex numbers for the user. The book also comes with easy to understand instructions, worksheets, explanation of common bankruptcy terms, problems you might encounter and much more. You also find information on reliable credit counseling agencies as well as accredited debtor education agencies.
The official bankruptcy forms come in CD-Rom format and are Windows and Mac compatible. The CD also features Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
This is a must-have book if you are thinking of filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. All the forms and information you will need are contained within the 320 pages of this toolkit.
BTW, the last time I checked in Amazon, they have only 3 copies left. If you are thinking of filing bankruptcy, I suggest that you read this book first before doing so.
